4. Payment Policy
100% advance payment is mandatory to start any project.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, PhonePe, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Cards.
5. Revision Policy
Revisions are included as per the selected package.
After the allotted revisions are completed or the order is marked as completed, any further changes will be chargeable.
6. Delivery Timeline
Delivery time depends on the selected package and project scope.
We strive to meet deadlines but delays may occur due to workload or client-side delays.
7. Ownership Rights
Final designs will be transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once work has started, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
If you wish to cancel, it must be done within 2 hours of placing the order, provided work has not started.
After 2 hours, cancellation or refund is not possible.
Refund will not be provided for late delivery due to workload or other valid reasons.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mizzeo Digital is not responsible for any business losses, indirect damages, or third-party issues after project delivery.
